Training included in-service at top establishments such as La Colombe ( Top 10 Restaurant in South Africa ) , The Cape Grace Hotel ( Small Leading Hotels of the World ) , Beluga Restaurant , Ellerman House Boutique Hotel ( Relais & Chateaux ) and Londolozi Private Game Reserve ( Relais & Chateaux ) After graduating , Leanne has worked her way up through the ranks of top restaurants and resorts , such as The Orrery in London ( 1 Michelin Star ) and Scott Dunn Ski in Courcheval ( France ) as well as 5 star Boutique Hotels , such as Bushmans' Kloof Wilderness Reserve ( Relais & Chateaux ) where she started in a Sous chef position and left as an Executive Chef , Granny Mouse Country House & Spa in the Natal Midlands as Exective Chef for three years , Azura Retreat ( Small Leading Hotels in The World ) on Benguerra Island in Mozambique as Exectuive Chef and finally De Kloof Restaurant on the Waterkloof Golf Estate , Pretoria as Executive Chef. |
